Mrs Meadows has been put in place not just to deal with customer problems but also to help and assist the customer in any way possible. She states that she receives just as many letters of praise for the service and products as she does returned product. "When a letter of thanking you for the service then it makes the job all the more worthwhile as you feel you really have helped somebody and that you are appreciated." As well as directing customer queries to certain products Margaret also tries to help the customer when Unifit does not stock a part. This is done as Unifit has a large range of suppliers and contacts and if we don't stock it then we know somebody who probably does. Unifit acknowledge that you will never cut out returned product or items not being stocked but you can make the whole process easier and helpful for the customer.
